Cover letter with a formal CV targeting your specific skills would be required along with passport size photograph and photo copies of relevant certificates. Interviews are based on inter personal skills along with academic achievements for Malaysian companies. These are taken in English language as well as mixture of English and Bahasa Malaysia. As the world gets faced on technological advanced, we find new technology coming into our personal lives even at home in safe. Home automation is becoming more popular around the world and is becoming a common perform.

What a Driveway Alert Can Do for you Before the Intruder Reaches your Door

You are probably thinking why do I need a driveway alert if I already have a home security system. This is a reasonable statement because many home security systems are not cheap. But the fact of the matter is having a driveway alert will give you that much more time to prepare and call for help that you would not get with a home security system.

There is no feeling quite like the sound of your home security system going off. It is a feeling of panic, shock, and confusion over what you are going to do. And by the time you have finally figured out what to do, it may be too late. But what if you had just a few more seconds, or even minutes depending on the intruder?

Having a driveway alert will give you that extra time to determine what you are going to do. It may be those few seconds that will save you and your family’s lives. There are a number of different alarms to choose from, and each has a different warning signal. But the second the alarm goes off, you will be aware of the intruder far before they have even reached your door.

Your alarm can be placed anywhere outside to pick up movement. Generally you will find that most alarms have a 400 foot range, which allows you to place it close to your door and still pick up movement all around your front yard. Make sure to hide it reasonably well so that the intruder cannot see it.

Another great use for a driveway alert is to protect your valuables left on the front lawn. Many people get in the habit of leaving things in their yard such as a lawnmower, bikes, and even cars on their driveway. All it takes is a couple of seconds for someone to come up and be on their way with some of these valuables. But with an alert to warn you, you will have a better chance at stopping them or calling for help prior to them leaving.

These alerts are inexpensive and extremely easy to install. They are wireless and run on batteries. This way if there is a power outage, your house will still be protected. But because they run on batteries, you have to make sure you check every few weeks for if you need to change them. If you have a home security system, your doors and house are going to be fairly protected. But in order to get the full effect having a driveway alert will warn you prior to the intruder even getting to your door.

Dealing with neighbor going thru my trash?

I did a question in law area about why trash is public domain and ok……..so suggestions on how to confront or cope or ??? with a neighbor who boldly – in broad daylight – goes thru my trash piece by piece and sometimes when the weather is bad, she just takes the whole trash bag into her home. Of course I use a paper shredder, but…………..I’m simply not cool with this situation.

There really isn’t anything you can do because it is public domain…I had this problem and I simply started to let things go bad in my fridge on purpose and then I would put it in an air tight container on my counter for a few days for good measure and then open it and put it in the trash. My garbage smelled down the street and the neighbors stopped going through it….for a while anyway. Otherwise, the only thing you can do is ask her why she feels the need to do it.

They not only understand the viewer better, but they don’t have the emotional attachment that you have, and can therefore do a better job at showing your home.

The best thing to do is arrange with your Realtor® ahead of time when you will be out and they can most easily show your home. Lock boxes were created for this purpose, allowing agents access to the house without you needing to give out a key. Modern digital lock boxes record the id of the agents who used them, so there is never any mystery as to who was in your home. Obviously, Realtors® are bond able, must pass criminal record checks in order to gain their license, and their reputation is like gold to them,so there is no risk to you in having your home shown while you are not there.

If you must be home when the home is shown, be sure to stay out of the way. Let the Realtor answer their client’s questions, unless you are specifically asked. Some people will want to meet the homes owners, but for other people, it breaks their illusion of the home potentially being theirs.

Don’t forget about pets. Perhaps your pet can visit a kennel for show dates. For safety reasons, a dog should definitely not be home if you aren’t. And be sure that pet’s dishes are clean and out of the way when the home is being shown.

Home Security Cameras: Catching The Bad Guys In The Act

You may decide to install home security cameras for a variety of reasons.
