Single Parenting Strategies: My Top 5 on how to succeed with work time and time Time
1. Commit to your schedule
I remember back to work after maternity leave (about 14 weeks!) And how he had talked with my boss before I was back to leave at 5pm every day, no exceptions. Anyway day 3 of me being back to my boss passed me in the hallway and says, "We have a meeting with the new client at 5pm on Thursday. "I say, 'Great, I'm not going to be there, but I can send Sally to take notes. Or you can reschedule. My boss asked me' Why why not 'and I said, "I have to be home at 6 pm. Then I asked if I had problems with my childcare. To which I replied, 'No problem, the care of children is large and in its place, 8-6, Monday through Friday. I am as committed as ever. And I'm 100% available within deadlines ".
So when we clear about our times and our borders, we can communicate clearly and more often, get what works best for us.
2. Manage the expectations of the workplace and at home
There's no point in setting strong boundaries around your schedule office, then taking work home with you. If there is too much work to do in their contracted hours, you need to work with your boss and the team for its restructuring. It sounds harsh, I know. But the balance is claiming back what will work best for you bit by bit. And try not to see it as selfish – the reality is that is responsible and will enable the company you worked for them happier and more balanced over time.
There are also expectations of our children to handle. If you are not focusing with them during our time at home, so we can remain at work. And let's be honest, there are only a few hours at the house is in the afternoon and the children go to bed (2 to 4 hours maximum), so try to count the hours.
3. Getting good care
If you have to pay a little more for serving well, then do it. I have had nurseries that have had a good learning and Montessori programs organic food I paid extra. And I've had sitters who had confidence in my everything. I also had nurses who call in sick at the last minute or not go either! I had mothers of school to devote time to helping me during term time and have had friends offer to jump out and support me last minute.
Whatever your scheme care for their children are – Make sure the caregiver knows how important it is that they are on time and do what they say they will do. If you're going to have to raise the game at work because he has now has less flexibility outside of the hours, you can not afford to have their head in the children every 20 minutes thinking "I hope they are well "," should I call to see? Trust your caregivers (or not you have the support). Thank often. Check regularly with your children about how to work. 4. Explain 'working' their children
My daughter is always asking to do school runs and that "not only go to work. I had to explain about all the extra stuff because we can now enjoy work – holidays, new clothes, ice cream van is. It is a balancing act, especially if you have to do and planning holiday weekend with the other parent of children. Try to keep the head of work for working time, a household head to the local time and boss on vacation for the holidays. If you have a weekend without the kids and think that I miss you – a business plan to concentrate. I make coffee with friends, catch a day in the movies I have not seen, go to the gym, take long baths and sleep late – is completed in a weekend!
And if you're on vacation alone with focus on children good things. Be sure to get an hour each day (perhaps when the kids are asleep) to sit with a glass of wine, has your blessings and see how you're going to make next year even better than this!

I got it yesterday and I went to the doctors today. The doctor gave him eye drops and told me to wash my hands a lot and was much hand sanitizer. He told me that conjunctivitis is contagious, however, he did not I said if he had to stay out of school all the time? If you have ever had this before, how long you stay home?
