How do my meals sound today?
I am 21 years old.
Breakfast – Bacon and egg on a bagel and a cup of coffee.
Lunch – Home made vegetable soup with a fresh baked bread roll spread with butter. Drink of water.
Dinner – 2 Sausages, mash potatoes, peas, carrots, corn, green beans, apple pie with ice cream and a drink of milk.
Bedtime snack – Hot chocolate, a cookie.
Exercise = Running, jogging, swimming and bike riding. (it was my day off work)
Sounds tasty. Milk is the best drink.
